At tomonie, we are currently developing and sharing with the world handmade products crafted from organic cotton and materials or dyes that minimize environmental impact, as well as handmade goods repurposed from Japanese obi, kimonos, and ceramics.

What kind of products are truly good for us, both in this moment and for the future… we are still in the process of learning. We hope to think and take action together with our customers, becoming a familiar presence as we envision a better future together.

Furthermore, with a focus on local production (ensuring transparency in production backgrounds) and environmental considerations, we currently produce our items through handmade sewing rather than factory manufacturing. While we may outsource to factories for certain products in the future, we are committed to selecting materials and production methods that ensure peace of mind and safety for everyone involved in tomonie products, from the producers to the consumers.
